Your Household Account will say "You do not have a membership selected for this account." This is only because the Household Account and Memberships are in two different software systems. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Programs cancelled by the registrant at least two weeks in advance of the program date may receive a refund. Refunds or credits are no longer available for programs cancelled by the registrant within two weeks of the program date.
